TOWN OF MACHIAS Public Hearing Notice

The Town of Machias will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 12, at 5 p.m. at the Machias Town Office, 17 Stackpole Road, Machias ME to review and discuss the following items: 1. A proposed moratorium ordinance on large-scale solar facilities. 2. A proposed wind energy facility moratorium ordinance. 3. A proposed modification to the Machias Sewer Ordinance. Full copies of the draft proposals are available at the Machias Town Office, 207-255-6621. Public comments will be solicited at this hearing on all of the above proposals.
