SPECIAL FUNDRAISING EVENT- COME TAKE A FLIGHT To assist in future airport developments we have arranged for two pilots to be offering flights on Saturday (during the Blueberry Festival) for a donation of $100.00.  Most flights can include two or three people besides the pilot but will depend on the total passenger weight. https://machiasme.org/wp-content/uploads/MVAopenhouse-08162017121351.pdf

The Town of Machias hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 13 @ 6 pm at the Machias Town Office to discuss development of a Mobile Vending License.  Public comments will be solicited at this hearing.  All persons wishing to make comments or ask questions are invited to attend this Public Hearing.
