The Town will test its new emergency siren on Friday, Nov. 15 at 9 a.m. as part of the Town of Machias’ Emergency Program and Warning Siren installation. This will only be a test of the Town’s new emergency siren, which is located at Maine Wild Blueberry Company, 78 Elm Street, Machias.

Further information regarding the emergency siren, its use, and how citizens should respond will be shared in an informational meeting at a later date.
