Machias Water Company in conjunction with the Machias Fire Department will be conducting Fire Hydrant Testing and Flushing from September 12, 2016 to September 16, 2016. This program will be taking place between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.   You may be experiencing brown or rusty colored water temporarily in the entire system.
