Construction Bid Proposal
The Town of Machias seeks bid proposals to repair the Machias Town Office located at 7 Court Street, including sheetrock replacement, flooring replacement, and painting. Bids should include costs of optional removal of carpeting and exterior flood mitigation. Bid specs should be consulted for complete details.
Interested bidders should contact the Machias Town Office to arrange a walk-through of the building. Bid specs are available at the current Town Office, 17 Stackpole Road, Machias, or by email. Submit requests to operationsmanager@machiasme.org or by phone at 207-255-6621.
The Town of Machias will accept sealed bid proposals marked “Repairs – 7 Court Street”. Proposals will be received by the Town of Machias at the Town Office in person at 17 Stackpole Drive, Machias, ME 04654 or by U.S. Mail to P.O. Box 418, Machias, ME 04654. Sealed Bid Proposals will be received until 3:00 PM on Wednesday, March 12th.
The Town of Machias reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids.
